Return Policy
Return Policy: Moffett Enterprises, LLC will accept a return that is unopened & created, uninstalled & unused, and in new & resalable condition - with customer prepaid freight to Stevens Point, WI. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date the customer received the product. A return authorization number is required. Returns without a return authorization number will be refused.
Restocking Fee: Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before a credit is issued.
